This is a comprehensive visit with a Bariatrician (Physician trained and certified in Obesity Medicine) for Weight Management. This visit entails a complete medical health risk assessment, complete lifestyle history, body composition assessment; personalized, comprehensive nutritional recommendations (keeping in mind your dietary restrictions and preferences); personalized physical activity recommendations (keeping in mind your activity limitations and preferences); mindset change while providing personalized strategies to overcome barriers; accountability to keep you track and achieve your monthly goals (monitor your progress and provide personalized guidance); optimized sleep recommendations. Finally, at the end of the visit, you will get a comprehensive, personalized report of all the assessments and recommendations in writing.
